Technical info about accident repair
& the panel beating industry
The rate of change within the motor vehicle industry over the past 20 years has been extraordinary. Cars are no longer large, heavy, basic or forgiving. Accident repair technology and methodology has evolved faster in that period than its entire 100 year history combined.
Late-model vehicles are designed and built to very high levels of specification, performance and complexity. Adjustment and tolerance margins are critical. Professional motor vehicle accident management ensures superior cost-effective results.
The top performing service providers within the collision repair market must have significant and continuous investment in facilities, technology, equipment, training and customer service. The Crash Management network meets or exceeds these standards.

Windscreen and side glass replacement
You can call 0800 2CRASH for windscreen and side glass replacement. All we need is your policy number or insurance broker details and we can organise the rest, including mobile service to your home or office.
Service includes another first for New Zealand that’s helpful in emergencies - temporary side window replacement. Often side window’s aren’t kept in stock in New Zealand and must be ordered from the manufacturer in Asia or Europe. That means big delays and an insecure car that’s un-useable. The emergency window replacement service will seal your vehicle from wind and rain damage until new glass can be installed. The product is a tough but flexible plastic, and makes the vehicle as secure as a convertible model car until new side glass can be fitted.
The temporary window technology is available for side windows only and is not suitable for windscreens, however most new windscreens are available within 24hrs.
