Web-based job management

We utilise an innovative on-line job management programme for your convenience, this secure system improves communications between all parties and allows you to check your vehicle’s progress at any time.

After your requirements have been discussed with one of our consultants then confirmed to you by email, your "project" is added to our web-based system.

This transmits an automated email-alert with your log-in name and password that takes you direct to your private project page for access to full and complete information in real-time. The system is simple to navigate and intuitive to use, as follows:

Step 2: Click on the job “Title” (customer name/vehicle).

Step 3: Review your repair info including target completion date. You can send queries or request amendments by emailing us from the Communication section at the bottom of the page or add new information in Shared Notes at the right margin. This information is permanently attached to your project and visible to all relevant parties including your insurance broker.
